To all readers of MyScribbles: Write-ups of an Afghan:
Just a notice to tell you that in the last few weeks I have been busy preparing for the SAT–the entrance examination for American universities. It’s now time to take it. The test is very, very important for my future as its result will determine whether or not I will be able to get into a U.S. college, and, subsequently, study journalism.
The test center is in Islamabad, the capital of Pakistan. It is going to take me a gruelling, 26-hour bus ride to get there. Things are not easy, but I will do my best.
Meanwhile, thank you all for putting up with the long gaps between posts. I shall start posting as soon as I return.

Hey, good luck! I find it hard to imagine you will not pass SAT, even if I think IELTS is a better test.
Just wanted to wish you the best of lucks for your test. I got a strong feeling that you will pass. Keep up your spirit, give all you can and lets hope for the best 🙂
Oh btw, you said something about a dead link leading to the old ivoice. That’s weird, do you know how I could fix that?

it wasnt too long ago i had to take my ACTs (very similar to the SATs) to get on to college here (in the states).

I always look forward to reading your blog and it doesn’t matter how long in between you write, it’s always good writing. The bus ride sounds awful but it’ll give you extra time to study. Good luck on your tests! I hope you pass them. 🙂

I think you have been very lax in your reading of this blog if you think that is all there is to it.
